Abstract Candida albicans is the most predominant fungal species isolated from medical devices, including catheters, heart valves, and dental prostheses. In recent years, it has been demonstrated to be resistant many antifungals; therefore, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have proposed as an alternative. But only a handful of research contributed omic-based studies study various impacts AgNPs on other microorganisms. Thus, aims biosynthesize using Pelargonium-hortorum leaf test its antifungal, cytotoxicity, global gene expression through transcriptomic profiling. The leaf-assisted resulted in spherical shapes with particle size 38 nm. anticandidal effect that Minimum inhibitory concentration was 25 ?g·mL ?1 . Later, cytotoxicity assay reported moderate impact human gingival fibroblast cells. Finally, analysis differential 3,871 upregulated 3,902 downregulated genes. proving RNA-seq experiments regulated genes highly important cell wall integrity, adherence, virulence.
